Eligibility - Training Prerequisites
- You Should be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified OR 
- Have 3-5 years of experience leading business improvement or process improvement projects in organisations OR 
- Have a Basic knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma tools.

- Complete a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project validated by Lean Advantage Expert Assessors within Six months from the Course 
- Pass the IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam with over 70% results 
- Choose both options #1 and #2

Recommended Time Allocation to Complete Your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Course:
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Course consists of both individual learning time and individual assignments as well as Live Instruction time. Please allocate sufficient time for:
- 20 hours of pre-classroom preparation requirements, 
- 40 hours or five days (excluding lunch and hourly 10 minute breaks) of Live Instruction (in person) or in a virtual online classroom, 
- 20 hours (or more) of post-classroom Lean Six Sigma certification requirements
